Information you provide

The questionnaire asks for your name, email, phone number, service address, property size and room counts, cleaning preferences, optional notes, requested visit dates, and payment-method preference. Please use sample details while testing. Do not enter card numbers, security codes, access codes, medical information, or other sensitive details.

Your answers stay in the current page until you choose to finish the demo. At that point, your contact details and cleaning plan are saved in the owner’s client directory. Card details are not collected, payment wallets do not open, and no payment method is stored.

How information is used

The owner uses submitted information to review cleaning requests, understand service preferences, organize client records, and respond to requests. Submitting this demo does not enroll you in marketing, create a confirmed appointment, or start automated reminders.

Access and service providers

Client records are available through the owner’s protected admin area. Website hosting and database providers process information to operate and protect the site. Owner sign-in uses the platform’s authentication service. Essential cookies or similar technology may support sign-in and security; your light or dark appearance choice is saved in your browser.

This demo does not include advertising trackers, sell personal information, or use it for targeted advertising. Future calendar, messaging, analytics, or payment integrations will require an updated notice reflecting the services actually used.

Retention and deletion

In this demo, submitted client records remain saved until the owner deletes them. Deletion removes the saved contact details and cleaning plan. A random submission identifier is retained without contact information to prevent a delayed request from recreating a deleted record. Hosting providers may retain operational logs or backups under their own policies. No absolute security or immediate backup-deletion guarantee is made.

Your requests

You may ask the company to review, correct, or delete information you submitted. Use the public details on Contact Us. The company may need to verify a request before disclosing or changing information. Do not send sensitive identity documents through the cleaning questionnaire.

Minnesota statutory privacy rights and response obligations depend on whether the business is covered by the Minnesota Consumer Data Privacy Act. This generic demo does not determine the future operator’s legal coverage or replace the contact and rights process a covered business must provide.

Changes to this notice

The owner should update this notice before accepting live customers or changing how information is collected, shared, retained, or used. The date above identifies this version.
